The Power Of A Good Workout For An Artist

Working out is a refreshing but tiring thing to do, many times I find myself full of excuses as to why I can't work out. It's all cerebral, and really is a matter of just staying motivated to be the best you can be.

Average at best is ok, but there is something about pushing yourself a little harder and working a little bit more that makes all the difference.

I'm doing a mix of cardio and weights, variation of  the workout and pushing it to 5 days a week. Someone told me that I " Let myself go", and I did in the weight category.

I'm going through a bit of a weight loss journey at the moment so stay tuned for that as well.

I like the rose painting a lot, and will continue to work on this art piece until I'm happy with it.

I recommend artist to workout at least 3 times a week, this is not health advice just my opinion based on how I feel right now.

Let's finish this year strong fellow artists and art fans. Keep pushing to be better in every aspect of life and moving into 2022.
